By engaging with Prashi Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services related to music distribution, YouTube CMS, monetization, and artist channel management.
1. Content Ownership & Rights
The client confirms that all audio, video, artwork, and metadata submitted to Prashi Digital are original or legally owned/licensed by them.
Prashi Digital will not be held responsible for any copyright claims, legal disputes, or takedowns arising from false ownership or third-party infringement.
2. Music Distribution
Prashi Digital acts solely as a digital service provider and does not claim ownership of any content.
Distribution timelines, store approvals, and availability depend on platform policies (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
3. YouTube CMS & Monetization
YouTube CMS access and monetization are subject to YouTube’s policies and approval process.
Prashi Digital is not responsible for monetization delays, limited ads, yellow icons, or policy changes made by YouTube.
4. Revenue & Payments
All revenue is calculated based on reports received from platforms.
Payouts are processed as per the agreed payment cycle after platform deductions, taxes, and service charges (if applicable).
Prashi Digital is not liable for delays caused by platforms, banks, or incorrect payment details provided by the client.
5. Content Protection & Claims
Copyright claims are applied only on content submitted and approved by the client.
Prashi Digital is not responsible for disputes arising from shared ownership, sampling issues, or prior distribution through other companies.
6. Termination of Services
Prashi Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Fake, misleading, or copyrighted content is provided
- Platform policies are violated
- Required information or cooperation is not provided
Clients may request service termination with prior notice, subject to clearance of dues and platform rules.
7. Platform Policies
All services are strictly governed by the policies of YouTube, Meta, Spotify, Apple Music, and other digital platforms.
Any policy updates or enforcement actions are beyond Prashi Digital’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prashi Digital shall not be liable for indirect losses, revenue fluctuations, account suspensions, or policy strikes caused by platform actions or third-party claims.
9. Modifications
Prashi Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply going forward.
